As our Development Team expands, we're actively seeking new talent. Currently, we're on the lookout for a skilled Senior Mobile App Developer with a wealth of experience. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in steering our developers along their growth trajectories and ensuring the triumphant execution of development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Mobile App Development & Maintenance:
- 1. Manage, maintain, and enhance the Client’s mobile app built with Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
2. Implement new features, fix bugs, and optimize the application for maximum performance and responsiveness.
3. Ensure compatibility across different device sizes, versions, and platforms. - Real-Time Communication & Sockets:
- 1. Develop and maintain real-time chat and messaging features using socket technology.
2. Ensure smooth and secure data transfer, supporting real-time interactions within the app. - App Integration & Updates:
- 1. Ensure the app integrates smoothly with third-party services, especially in areas like real-time communication, health monitoring devices, or APIs.
2. Collaborate with backend teams to ensure efficient API integration.
3. Keep the app up to date with the latest technologies and platform updates for iOS and Android. - Health Tech Integration (Bonus):
- 1. Previous work experience in a health tech company is a plus. If applicable, work on integrating health-related features, such as health monitoring devices, or handling sensitive medical data in compliance with relevant regulations (HIPAA, GDPR).
- Performance Monitoring & Security:
- 1. Monitor app performance and troubleshoot any issues related to functionality or speed.
2. Ensure the app is secure and complies with data privacy regulations, particularly if handling sensitive health data. - Collaboration & Leadership:
- 1. Lead technical discussions and decisions related to mobile app architecture, performance optimization, and new feature development.
2. Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end developers to deliver a seamless user experience.
3. Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical discussions around best practices
Must Have
- Proven experience as a senior mobile developer, with at least 3-5 years of hands-on Flutter experience.
- Strong experience in developing and maintaining mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Experience with socket technology for real-time applications (chat apps, live communication).
- Mobile Development:
1. Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, with a strong portfolio of apps published on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
2. Familiarity with native development for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin/Java) is a plus. - Sockets & Real-Time Communication: Strong understanding of socket-based technologies (e.g., Firebase, Push notifications, Web Sockets, Socket.IO) and real-time communication in mobile apps.
- API Integration: Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with backend teams to optimize app performance.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control.
- App Deployment: Experience in deploying and updating apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Soft Skills:
- 1. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
2. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
4. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
