As our Development Team expands, we're actively seeking new talent. Currently, we're on the lookout for a skilled Lead Python Developer with a wealth of experience. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in steering our developers along their growth trajectories and ensuring the triumphant execution of development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop modules and applications using Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement features.
- Optimizeapplication performance and ensure responsiveness.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in development.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid Data Structure concepts.
- 3-5yearsofexperience in back-end development, with a focus on Python.
- Proficient in Python core, Python functional, Python OOPS, Exception handling, Context managers, Multithreading.
- Should have a solid understanding of SQL fundamentals.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
