As our team expands, we're actively seeking new talent. Currently, we're on the lookout for a skilled Senior Business Analyst with a wealth of experience. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in steering our developers along their growth trajectories and ensuring the triumphant execution of development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile Processes: Lead and participate in scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure project transparency and timely delivery.
- Requirement Elicitation and Documentation: Thoroughly analyze and document client's business processes and requirements related to document processing, classification, extraction, and automation.
- Client Collaboration: Engage directly with the client to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Technical Translation: Convert business requirements into detailed functional specifications and technical requirements that the development team can readily implement.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the development team to design efficient and scalable document processing solutions that meet client objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend innovative solutions leveraging our document processing software.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on document processing best practices, technologies, and industry trends
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in development.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst working on software product development projects, preferably in the document processing domain.
- Familiarity with document processing technologies (e.g., OCR, NLP, ML), data extraction techniques, and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
