We are looking for a Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, systems, networks, security, domains, DNS, SSL certificates, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in system and network administration.
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and
reliability of IT systems while providing timely technical support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT tickets within defined SLAs.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain servers, networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and other infrastructure.
- Manage company domains, including purchase, renewal, registration, and ownership details.
- Configure and maintain DNS records such as A, CNAME, MX, and TXT records.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates, including procurement, installation, renewal, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system and network performance and perform regular health checks.
- Maintain IT security systems, including antivirus, endpoint protection, firewalls, access controls, and backups.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, system access, and security configurations.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware, software, licenses, and configurations.
- Coordinate with IT vendors, domain registrars, hosting providers, and service providers.
- Perform regular backups and support data recovery and disaster recovery activities.
- Prepare and maintain IT documentation, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and system configurations.
- Investigate recurring or major incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, infrastructure improvements, and IT projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, security, and infrastructure efficiency.

Provide technical guidance and basic IT security awareness training to employees.
Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 - 5 years of relevant experience in System Administration / IT Infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux administration.

Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN/WAN, routing, and network
troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with domain and DNS management.
- Experience managing SSL/TLS certificates.
- Good knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, endpoint security, and access management.
- Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with IT asset and vendor management.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to have
- Experience with Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of VMware / Hyper-V.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
